Life is going to be full of so many beautiful milestones, opportunities for laughter and memories to be made! Although things are getting expensive, I can help you navigate the crazy world of events and help you create your own gorgeous event, on any budget!

EVENT PLANNING

INVESTMENT STARTING AT $400.00

This is for all NON-WEDDING EVENTS, ranging from Bridal Showers, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Corporate Events, Graduation Parties, to Proposals.

  • Planning & Coordination Services begin immediately once contracted

  • We will provide vendor selection guidance with Lilac & Lace Planning's Premiere Vendor Recommendations

  • Provide décor and design direction and recommendations

  • Up to (2) in person meetings, and unlimited email and phone contact.

  • Create and manage day of event timeline 

  • All vendors will be contacted and all arrangements will be confirmed.

  • One (1) Event Coordinator for your event 

  • Assist with day of event based on client's expectations, including set up and break down.

  • Contracted for the entirety of your event

  • One (1) Social Media Highlight Reel with gorgeous shots of your event day will be created and shared with you! All other photos and videos captured will also be sent to you!

  • Content captured on iPhone 13 Pro with DJI Osmo Mobile 6 Gimbal Stabilizer

EVENT/WAIT STAFF

INVESTMENT STARTING AT $35.00* PER HOUR //

MINIMUM 2 HOURS TO BOOK

This is for all NON-WEDDING EVENTS, ranging from Bridal Showers, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Corporate Events, Graduation Parties, to Proposals.

We will provide professional Event or Wait Staff to your event, leaving your guests with an amazing elevated experience! Continue reading to learn more about what our Event/Wait Staff do!

  • Assist with trash pick up and cleaning

  • Assist with serving and bussing tables

  • Assist with tray passed drinks/bottle service

  • Assist with tray passed hors d'oeuvres/appetizers

  • Assist with setup or break down of decor

  • Assist with basic event security

  • Contracted for your booked hours (minimum 2 hours)

  • Assisting with various needs throughout your event

  • Assist with day of event based on client's expectations

  • BLS and First Aid Certified for Adults, Infants and Children

  • Food Handler Certified
